We carefully prepare and ship each order with attention to detail. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping & Delivery. Orders are shipped via PostNL with track & trace. As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or holidays.
Returnpolicy
At Noir ou blanc, we hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, no worries. you can return your item under the conditions below.
Cooling-off & Return. Period You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. After registering your return, you’ll have another 14 days to send the item back to us.
Return Conditions. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All tags must still be attached. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
How to Return? Within 14 days of receiving your order, email us at info@noiroublanc.nl with your order number and a short note that you’d like to make a return and why. We’ll send you the return address and all necessary details. Once we’ve received your return, you’ll receive a full refund (including the original shipping costs) within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your order.
